ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS
1. Subject
to the following, the Eagles Mere Country Club ("Club") welcomes prospective candidates who are under the age of
35 to become Junior Associate Members of the Club.
2. Each
applicant's age as of November 1 of each year (11/1/xx) is the
determining factor for purposes of
qualification as a prospective Junior Associate Member.
3. Approved
Junior Associate Members shall be not-voting until they become Voting Members and own 10 Shares of Stock.
4. Approved
Junior Associate Members shall pay $1000 of Club Initiation Fee and may prorate the remainder of the initiation
fee in equal installments until the year
in which they become 35.
5. A. Approved
Junior Associate Members who are children of current Voting Members
shall pay Annual membership dues reduced by 50% until age 35.
B. Approved Junior Associate Members who are not
children of current Voting
Members shall pay the full Annual membership dues.
6. Approved
Junior Associate Members shall be subject to the full seasonal clubhouse minimum expenditure and shall be
liable for all assessments.
7. The
number of Junior Associate Members shall be limited to 30 (
8. Junior Associate Members shall be
entitled to the use of the Club in the same fashion
as Voting Members, and each Junior Associate Member shall respect and abide by all club codes of attire and
conduct, rules, regulations, by-laws and
charter.
9. When a Junior Associate Member has complied with all of the above, and all 350 Voting Member
positions are filled, it is understood
that an eligible Junior Associate Member who has paid all of his fees, will
receive priority status to become a
Voting Member.
10. These regulations are effective
