Seth Kanaskie, PGA

Seth grew up and graduated high school in Danville, Pennsylvania.  He was a three sport athlete in high school and excelled in both golf and wrestling, being coached by his father.  Seth selected Penn State University for his forward moving education and profession.  Seth entered the Professional Golf Management Program before arriving at PSU.  Seth was also accepted into the Schreyer Honors College while at Penn State and graduated with highest honors from University Park.  Seth’s first job after graduation was at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland. After one season there he moved on to the Chevy Chase Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland.  Seth was an Assistant Professional for two seasons at CCC before being promoted to First Assistant Professional. After two seasons as First Assistant at Chevy Chase, in 2010 he moved back to Pennsylvania to become Head Professional at Eagles Mere Country Club!

Seth is married to his high school sweetheart Crystal, who attended Bucknell University and now works at Geisinger Medical Center as a Physician Assistant.  They have two beautiful youngsters, daughter Avery, near two years old, and son Kellon one month.  Seth too is now coaching both golf at Sullivan County High School and wrestling at Muncy High School.  They are planning a new residence within easy travel distance of Eagles Mere.
